Rivergrand Estates has been
conceptualized as a place where you can let your imagination
run free and create a world designed for you and your family
with space, location and security.
What you can build at Rivergrand Estates
• Build in any style that you
like. Be creative and let your style shine through!
• Up to 15% coverage of the total of area of the lot may be roofed construction in a single or several constructions. Additional areas without a roof on them can be constructed.
• Buildings may be up to 12 meters in height.
• You may build a swimming pool, a tennis court, an ostentatious garden, a guest house or an additional home for a relative, or even your own putting green.
• Pets and domestic animals are welcome.
• Live the lifestyle that you’ve always dreamed of!
• All structures must meet the Community Norms of Rivergrand Estates.
